1.Where does my ship from？
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Walnut City.
2.When will my order ship？
We only process orders from Monday to Friday. Not on weekends or holidays. All orders take 1-3 business days to be processed after being placed
3.Will my order be delayed？
After shipment, it will take 7 to 10 business days for normal transportation to reach you. ( Business days excludes Saturdays / Sundays and Public Holidays) .
4.How does my shipping cost？.
We offer FREE USPS First-Class Mail on all US orders.
5.Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Duties and Taxes are included in the shipping fee.
6.How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you can track it through your shipping confirmation email.

8.I think my package may be lost .
